I had a procedure yesterday, expecting to see the Radiologist, Dr. Schmidt but instead the nurse practitioner, Beth Resch came in. In no time I realized I am very lucky because she was willing to answer all my questions patiently and has done an absolutely fantastic job, explaining everything during the procedure! She treated me as a human-being instead of just a body or a number. I couldn't ask for a better person humanly ad professionally! I realize that the procedure I needed might not be the most complicated, yet I learned one thing: there is no "small" procedure. Beth Resch is an incredible nurse practitioner and I have a feeling no matter how difficult the task is what she needs to do, she would attend it with the same humanity, knowledge, professionalism and care. Thank you very much!
