Currently working at the Westfall Veterans clinic in Rochester NY. Have found her to be reactive rather than proactive regarding veterans healthcare. Unreasonable to any input by patient and values her own opinion over specialists. Has a low opinion of her fellow physions and should not be in the medical field.

She is currently at the Veterans Outpatient Clinic on Westfall Road. I found her to be curt, dismissive, and lacking a kind, caring demeanor. She provided a minimal degree of care and was unsupportive of doing anything more than the absolute minimum. She should be ashamed as I’m sure she did not enter the medical profession to present herself this way to patients. Perhaps reflecting on, “if this were me, how would I like to be treated” could be helpful.
