Ive been to a couple different therapists and I never really felt the level of trust i feel with Beth. I felt comfortable with her from the very beginning. I also feel a level of non judgement that allows me to be as honest as I've ever been about the issues i'm working on. Shes extremely compassionate, honest and patient. Therapy is definitely very subjective so i understand there can be trial and error until you find the right person for you. I'm so grateful that I have finally found her!
