She nearly deferred care to a child with it being 20 minutes prior to closing , indicating it was too late for her to be seen (despite child being short of breath and audibly wheezing ). She eventually agreed to see her however made it known to me that in the future she was unable to see any patient 20 minutes prior to closing (despite the urgent cares website indicating the last accepted patient would be 10 minutes prior to closing ).
