Beth Auguste MS RDN CSOWM WFS is a registered dietitian nutritionist, fitness trainer and mama to two littles. She owns Be Well with Beth where, through telehealth counseling and group accountability programs, she helps pregnant women and moms reduce the overwhelm and gain control of their wellness.
