Bernadette is the best therapist that I have ever had. She's communicative, thoughtful, and genuinely wants to get to know you so that she can help. I've had therapists in the past that take a more laid back, mostly listening approach but I love how much Bernadette asks questions, comments, and offers insight into what's happening. Speaking with her has eased my anxiety and depression the last year that I've been with her and I always look forward to our sessions. Would definitely recommend her to anyone!
