I haven't seen Bernadette for a while but the sessions that I had helped me immensely.Great advice, spritual,religious point of view if you desire, non-judgement, compassionate, caring, kind.I hope to see her again soon.

She would nod off during sessions while I was talking.. like actually snoring. She told my parents I’m incapable of feeling sorry, (I literally wear my emotions on my sleeve). She ignored the signs of child neglect and abuse while actively pushing their narrative that something is wrong with me. My mother is just trying her best, I need to be more understanding…. Ummm my mother is a narcissist. I saw this for at least a year, and this was one of the most hurtful parts of my childhood. She completely disregarded me, ignored me, and reinforced the abuse and neglect I received at home. She reinforced the idea that I do not matter, my feelings do not matter, and that I shouldn’t be treated well, Do not send anyone you love to this “professional”.

I use for Bernadette for Clinical Supervision. She is exceptional. Insightful, easy to talk with, and a great listener. She is everything one can hope for in a social worker and a supervisor.

If you are hesitant to go talk to someone like I was don't be!!!! Bernadette is down to earth, listens to you and explains everything and helps you understand what you are going through. I am so glad I went. I felt better every time I left a session. I highly recommend her!
