Ben is always very personable and does a very thorough skin check. A few years ago, he was the specialist who detected what turned out to be a small cancerous spot on my upper right arm. It looked to me just like every other of the hundreds of freckles on my body. Ben was able to tell that it was different in some way. Caught it early, thanks to annual skin checks and Ben’s expertise.

Walking in the door to a warm greeting and helpful staff was a great start! Ben Farkas and his assistant were professional, knowledgable and friendly making the visit very comfortable. It couldn’t have been any better!!

New patient visit. Front desk staff: NO ONE acknowledged my arrival or instructed me to sign in. There were three women sitting there. After a time, I said, 'Do I sign this and take a seat?'. One person, not looking up from her computer replied, 'Yes'. Said like, 'duh, are you foolish?' No change in persona, no smile, no welcome, nothing. Not a good first impression. I signed the form acknowledging a charge for a no show, and asked about a medical emergency exception. The girl said, 'if its there on the form, its what we do'. Also not great first impression. Next: Called to the desk and got a welcome. I was thanked for filling out online forms, the medical assistant was pleasant and helpful, the check out desk very friendly, and Ben Farkus P.A. terrific. Made a return appt. and I hope the front desk staff will step it up when folks enter the office.

Clinician personable and professional - clearly knew what he was about. Intake process efficient, support staff pleasant, and the facility was clean and welcoming.
