I think there are different types of patients, just a there are different types of doctors. This is a community healthcare center, focused on holistic health, not the standard "in and out" chiro facility. While it's true you won't get an x-ray or stats, you will get a caring doctor who listens to you, who's interested in your whole health, and is committed to making sure you're focused on preventative healthcare too. I've only had positive experiences with Dr. Glass.

I am stunned at the reviews here because I've had only positive experiences with Dr. Ben. He is the best chiro I've ever seen. His adjustments make me feel so much more open (I have to adjust my rear-view mirror an inch when I get back in the car), and his touch is very confident--he really knows what he is doing. And he always takes a lot of time (more than the appt time) to check in on everything going on in my life. I've recommended him to a dozen people.

Dr. Glass seems to be willing to send the time to talk to his patients. What I don't like is that the fact that the office lacks hi-tech chiro equipment. I've never been to a chiro office that doesn't have an x-ray machine. I don't believe that any chiropractor can diagnose a condition just by feeling and hearing about it from a patient.
