I did email consultation with the doctor which went fine, and I was scheduled for a virtual visit on Wednesday the 29th at 10am. I asked if she could meet in person because virtual meetings make me feel sad and lonely, and she said yes on Thursday at 10am, which I confirmed in the following email. Thursday 10 AM. This morning, Wednesday, the doctor was contacting me asking if I was still coming or if I needed to reschedule. UM EXCUSE ME you were the one who moved the schedule to Thursday. I pushed a trip to my hometown back for this Thursday therapy visit, was charged, wasn’t seen, and was basically discarded by the therapist saying she hopes I find help or something to that effect. Redirected me back to the directory where I found her. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with mental health work.
