Dr. Becky Crockett, OD

I strongly advise against consulting Dr. Crockett. My experience with her care was highly concerning and nearly resulted in permanent eye damage. Despite assuring me she would follow up with my primary care physician, she failed to do so. When I requested that she contact him during my appointment, she declined, stating it was not possible.On my second visit, I was left waiting for over 45 minutes. When I inquired why she had not contacted my primary care physician, she made excuses, claiming she could not find his number, despite my having provided his cell phone number. My primary care physician confirmed that she never called or left a message.My condition did not improve under her treatment, leading me to consult a specialist. The specialist informed me that I should have seen him sooner due to the severity of my viral infection. Consequently, I suffered scarring on my eyelids and was initially prescribed incorrect medication by Dr. Crockett. Stay away!!!!!
