Unprofessional, rude and condescending.
Telehealth
I had a telephone conversation with Barbara on Wednesday, January 22, 2025. She is very unprofessional, rude and condescending. She was supposed to have a therapy session with my minor child. After hearing how she spoke to me (an adult); I decided I did not want her providing mental health services for my minor child. If you are searching for a caring and compassionate provider for yourself and your child; steer clear of Barbara. She definitely should not be in the mental health profession. If I could, I would give her no stars.
