Barbara didn't call me with my fertility results for FIVE WEEKS and she was impossible to reach during that time. When she finally called, I expressed my dissatisfaction, and after a fair amount of relatively calm but uncomfortable (and unapologetic) back and forth, in which she told me she was 'just one person', she finally said "well you're the one who waited until you're 4". EVIL WOMAN. She also coded my HIV test wrong (used an old code) so after 5 viles of blood, I didn't even get tested
