Terrible! So not trust! This is a fake practice! We where all existed, at the last minute, at 37 weeks she backed out on us. Not a reliable person.

The care I received from Barbara was excellent – she was knowledgeable, responsive to phone calls, patient with any anxieties I had, and positive about the experience of birth. It was clear that her goals were to provide a safe and positive birth experience for me and my baby. I highly, highly recommend Barbara as a midwife and Ellen as a doula. I am so grateful for the high-quality care they provided!

Early pregnancy care: Great. She spent a lot of time with me and was readily available for questions. Labor: Barbara and her team were more of a liability than an asset during the birth. She showed poor judgement and was unprofessional. Billing and back office: Disorganized and communication was unclear.

Barbara has a true belief in the power of birth. The process is designed beautifully, and normal births should be allowed to proceed in a normal fashion. Barbara believes it is her job to worry about the details, allowing the birthing mother to instead focus on her body and the power of the natural labor process.
