Qualified, but Unprofessional and Snobbish
What stood out was the underlying distain for concerned parents, and rude behavior. She did not know that she was on speaker phone while talking to my wife and I could not believe the distain and interruptions. Very much the feeling of people lining their pockets and believing they are providing healthcare. The contrast between other state healthcare and California is insane. I would give one star, but I am considering that she might have had a bad day. This is a genetic clinic, do the math and consider how sensitive the subjects are.
