We took our son to Indigo Urgent Care and she was the doctor on staff. He has a small laceration that needed to be glued on his forehead. Very minor and she had my husbands assistance. She applied too much glue, did not protect his eye underneath and it seeped down causing his eye to be glued shut. We left immediately to go to the historical emergency room where they were so perplexed about how a provider could allow this to happen. She then proceeded to lie on the records that it was his fault and he wiped the glue into his eye. He had absolutely no glue on his hands or arms and my husband was standing right next to him and saw everything that happened. We did report her to the medical board and are filing an appeal to have her actions and lying looked into further. I would never trust this provider with my child.
