I'm chronically ill so I've had my fair share of run-ins with all sorts of doctors. I came to citymd with what I thought was an ear infection and instead of immediately prescribing antibiotics and making money off of scripts, he cleared my ears out (including the one that wasnt giving me issues, something that most doctors would refer me out to an ENT). He fully explained everything in a way that didn't make me feel stupid but actually cared for by this doctor! Absolutely wonderful experience and I would love if somehow he could be my primary care doctor. Highly recommended and still so happy with how great I was treated. Thank you Appleman!

We saw PA Avraham at urgent care he took care of my husband and he was so nice! We were in and out in no time and he explained everything clearly. Highly recommend A+!!

This PA is very arrogant and he doesn't even know how to take care of his paitient properly. Today I went to CityMD in Roosevelt Ave., Jackson Heights to seek an urgent care. As soon I got in he didn't even say how are you feeling or something that the paitient will feel comfortable. He said right away what brings you here? And I answer him that I had an asthma attack then he listen to my lungs and then he said your lungs are clear and we can't do anything. I'm glad that nothing is wrong but he didn't even ask some history why I had an attack or so on. My point here he's should not giving care or treating paitient if he doesn't know to give care at all!

He was rude, did not take a history, did not explain what test he was giving me and was in a bad mood

Outstanding, effective, and efficient service. PA Appleman was extremely nice and attentive. He had a wonderful bedside manner which made my visit less stressful, despite being severely ill. Although he is very busy, he made sure that I was fully assessed and prescribed medications for each and every symptom that I had. Thank you!

PA Appleman was one of the greatest provider I’ve had at an urgent care. Very friendly and accommodating. I was not feeling my best and walked in with a sore throat and fever. After performing a few tests, he thoroughly examined me and took the time to break things down and explain to me in words that actually made sense. He was very knowledgeable and gave me several helpful recommendations! Very happy with my visit.

Best provider I ever had. Besides being super knowledgeable, he is also extremely friendly, polite and humorous. He took time to explain what he was doing and answered all my questions regarding the medications. I will recommend him to anyone.

This man is so unprofessional, condescending , lack of knowledge and has a lot of ego for someone who is not even a doctor . Avoid at all cost , it is people like him who keeps me and others from visiting a medical office . He is currently at CityMD in Jackson heights ,NY . Making money just by being rude , dismissive and acting as if people were mentally slow or a bunch of barn animals With his behavior, he should stick to work in a warehouse or any other place where he doesn’t have to interact with humans

One of the worse doctors I have ever met. He does not listen to his patients, its his way or the high way. Rushes you, if you tell your pain, he would tell you its nothing and to not worry about it and its no biggie. His ego is crazy. Acts like medicine comes out of his paycheck instead of giving the people what they should be given, don't take people's sickness serious because he thinks every sickness is not a big deal. idk why he works in urgent cares if he doesn't take it serious. he should become a security guard or something.

Very rude and rushed visit. Barely listened to me or looked at the rash on my arm. Talked down to me about not having better insurance and then rushed out the door.

He was very rude and I don’t think he is even qualified for doctor, he didn’t even check me probably and told me I don’t have anything serious after requesting him back that I have something and I need to show to specialist he give me list of doctors and most of them are not available atthe location he give , and the one which are available are like far in country sideI will have to travel 2 hours, pathetic
