Kind and thorough
Took my concerns seriously.Ordered tests, prescribed medications, and had her staff call to check on me after I finished the medication.Short wait time, polite staff on the phone and at the front desk.Excellent care! I felt validated and throughly cared for by Aviva.

she was late for the appointment, rushed me, made me feel like my questions were stupid, and was just overall rude with horrible bedside manner

No bedside manner, cuts you off and doesn't let you speak, treats you like you're stupid and faking your symptoms. But the worst is being told lab results for Celiac showed I didn't have the disease... she lied. I was told later by the physician she works with in the same office who did an endoscopy on me that those very lab numbers were actually skyrocketing. Avoid avoid avoid!
