It is very rare in healthcare today to find a provider like Austin. He’s extremely caring, knowledgeable and compassionate. Not once did I feel like my concerns were not addressed. He has a calmness and reassuring presence that makes you feel at ease. He explained my current health issue and the procedure needed. Any concern I had he thoughtfully discussed them. He truly has a gift with helping people. He’s extremely easy to communicate with if you have any questions and is quick to answer. I didn’t feel once I left I was forgotten. He’s followed up with me before and after my procedure to make sure I was feeling ok also even though he wasn’t my surgeon. He’s truly is an amazing person. I would highly recommend anyone seeing him for their care.

Austin is very responsive and caring. He will listen to your concerns and respond promptly and with compassion. He is knowledgable and very good at explaining things in a way thats easy to understand. I feel he is an excellent doctor and really wants his patients to do well and feel their best.

I originally saw Austin after more than two dozen attempts to get to the bottom of my chronic kidney stone disorder. I was in pain constantly and other doctors told me there was no blockage so my pain couldn’t possibly be real or kidney pain. Austin never told me any of that. I told him what I wanted and he advocated my desires to the doctors and when one refused to help he helped me find one that would. He listened. He cared. And above all else he worked to find a solution.Finally after a decade of surgeries, pain, and scans I was sent to an ENT that found I had abnormal parathyroid levels. They did surgery, then when I asked Austin to help me convince the doctors to remove the stone I had, he said absolutely we will get it done. And I did. It’s been about two months in stone free but more importantly I’m pain free and I fully attribute that to Austin’s care for his patients.

I have been seeing Austin for a few years now and it is always a positive experience. For starters, I am always seen within a few minutes of my appointment time. He is always willing to answer any questions that I might have. He is also willing to discuss personal health care goals and is willing to work with you to best achieve those goals.I truly couldn’t ask for more

Dr. Dittrich made me feel comfortable at my visits. He also helped send my prescriptions to different pharmacies so I could get them cheaper. Dr. Dittrich is very helpful with all of my questions and inquiries.

I have kidney stones and needed to find a urologist that was close to my home. As a new patient to the practice, I was nervous. However Austin is a god send, he has a calm aura around him and put me at ease instantly. Austin took a great amount of time to answer my questions and explain anything that I did not understand. I felt like all his energy was focused on my health concerns, and there was no rush. Austin called me to follow up the day after my appointment and asked how I was feeling. I thought that was very sincere and unlike any care I’ve had ever before from a provider. I am truly grateful that I have Austin on my health care team. He is amazing.
