Mrs. Walker takes time to explain the entire counseling process. Her responses to questions shows that she's attentive and not just waiting to spill a 'canned' response. She explains all the pros and cons of the treatment so that I can make an independent judgment. If you want a warm and compassionate and thoughtful and smart - the perfect qualities for a therapist
