Wait time to see Audra Jones was 2.5 hours when I asked why was I still waiting two hours after my appointment time staff excuse was she is running behind schedule. I forgot list of meds I take at home so she ask me to call her back with a list. As soon as I got home I called with the meds I take the nurse said she will pass the message to Audra and look for her to call me back........I'm still waiting and sad to say that's been a week ago. When I called them staff couldn't find my chart. Wow
