I met with Audie for 1-1.5 years before the pandemic. I was dealing with substantial existential anxiety. I found him to be thoughtful, engaging and extremely accepting. He made himself available an occasion or two where I needed to meet urgently to deal with acute anxiety. He used a number of methods to help me process traumatic experiences and learn to practice radical acceptance in my everyday life. I have seen 4-5 therapists in the past but this is the first time I felt understood and heard.
