kind, thorough, caring - moved here from another state and was recommended to Aubrey from a friend of a friend. Was nervous to find a new provider in the area and got really lucky finding Aubrey.

The reason I gave only 1 star is because this was the worst experience I ever had with a doctor’s office. I was billed by CPL for my annual exam that my insurance plan covers 100%. The screening tests ordered by the provider to CPL attached diagnostic billing codes instead of preventative billing codes. The insurance company made a three-way call and advised her staff what codes to resubmit. After a month they weren’t able to fix it. They have no principle and they don’t work for their patients. This bad experience gave me a lot of anxiety. I wished she had more knowledge about covered preventative services. I will no longer be her patient.

She took her time with me, listened and ordered tests. She even gave me samples to make sure the medication was helpful. Highly recommend A+
