Aubrey has been monumental for me through all things pre-pregnancy, pregnancy and postpartum. Whether it was overall health, hormones, high risk pregnancies or postpartum … she and I have tackled quite a bit. I’ve appreciated her realistic approaches and the constant support.

Aubrey worked with my son to get him eating healthier. Her program and recipes where not only manageable for a teen boy, but delicious as well! She meets patients where they are and puts no pressure on them, yet helps them move forward on their terms. Aubrey truly is a gifted RDN. As a business owner (Nurtured Foundation Doula and Newborn Care Services) that works with pregnant and postpartum families Aubrey is also our go-to help our families when needed! Highly recommend!

I am a mom of 6 and used Aubrey services for my last pregnancy. I had become pretty overweight due to my subsequent pregnancy and did want to gain my usual 30-50 pounds… I worked with Aubrey to create a plan that help me gain a healthy amount of weight for my size and fuel my body with nutrients my body and my baby needed. I was so grateful to start my pregnancy with a plan and not just wing it as I had in the past Thank you Aubrey!

Knowledgeable!!
Aubrey is an incredible and realistic practitioner. She shoots it straight but compassionately. I love that she is also a mother so her advice is realistic for moms. From first time moms to moms with large families. She's full of resources that make having a healthy diet and lifestyle realistic for your family.

Telehealth
Did a postpartum assessment and she listened very well and gathered a lot of info about my history. I felt very cared for and not like she was blowing me off at all, like many health practitioners have in the past. Supplement suggestions were very helpful and she even helped me get some things my kids needed with sudden illness onset, so valuable worth really little kids!
