I've been seeing Athena for 10 years now. She has brought me from depressed teenager struggling to cope with everyday life. To young adult who was in the world and coping but not really thriving. To full adult (though still young) who is actively working on thriving. I am not "fixed" as that's not how therapy works but every year I struggle less and lean more in the thriving direction. That's a win and it would have been a hell of a lot harder without Athena's support.
