Asra Zahn

Asra is an amazing counselor! I have done group therapy and one on one counseling with her. She is very kind, considerate, thoughtful, obviously a great listener and gives sound advice. She’s not one to try to change you because she knows she can’t, but she does try to get you to see and recognize your strengths and motivate you towards a brighter future/healthy lifestyle… I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. I have struggled with PTSD, stemming back to childhood, an abusive relationship, and then finding my twin sister dead… I’ve only been in counseling one other time, it lasted about three weeks, and the lady disappeared. Anyways, she is amazing and I highly recommend her! it hasn’t even been a year yet and the things she has taught me have changed my life forever! so thankful for her For all people who think that therapy is a waste of time, I beg to differ. In fact, I think everybody should have one!
