If I could give her a zero star I definitely would. I have been trying for 2 days to get a preauthorization for meds from my insurance company as she filled out the wrong ones. I have tried multiple times for the past two days my insurance company has called her twice to let her know how to fill them out, and also faxed the papers and directions she needs to fill out yet she hasn't done it and claimed they have never had this issue which my insurance company has even stated they have filled the paper work out before and should know how to do it. This has been torture and she doesn't seem to want to help. I will be calling and making a formal complaint with her higher up as well.

Fantastic PA
She takes the time to listen to the patient and have a dialogue to gather all the pertinent information. She is also very honest regarding the potential outcome of the different treatments options. Her empathy is genuine and she makes the patient part of the diagnosis process, rather than a PA going through a checklist.
