Took time to explain my eye issues. Did not feel rushed at all. Referred me to a specialist for a problem with my right eye. Showed me the pictures that were taken of the inside of my eyes. She explained the pictures and let me know the my eyes were healthy (macula, etc.). I felt very comfortable talking with her.
