My husband and I have been seeing Ashley for a few years now for marriage counseling and sometimes individual counseling. I've had a lot of therapists over my lifetime and I have to say she's the best one I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Her insights are always fantastic and she has a great balance of letting you sort through things but offering techniques or ideas to help you get there.

While I did not see Ms. Richbourg directly, the overall healtchcare delivered was exceptional; however, the administrative component of this organization provides poor customer service. I paid for the counsel with a card to be reimbursed--and after a month of trying to get the proper documentation for reimbursement and a series of broken promises, I still do not have the required documentation for reimbursement.
