Problems with provider
Telehealth
The provider regularly runs 20 to 40 minutes late for 30-minute appointments. Provider’s kids run around the office, which is unprofessional. They charged my old insurance and automatically charged my card the full, non-copay amount and wouldn’t refund despite it being their mistake. They said they will when the new insurance will pay but that will be months from now and, again, it was their mistake.

Incredible provider with a compassionate demeanor
Ashley is an excellent PMHNP provider who is overly accommodating and caring towards my needs. She puts me first as her patient. She listens to my concerns and helps me problem solve. She has helped me in a tremendous way. I highly recommend Ashley!!

Telehealth
Ashley and her compassionate team of Nurse Practitioners are readily available for in-person or virtual appointments. I am so appreciative of Ashley and all her support. The team is always responsive and accommodating.
