When Ashley speaks, I listen
Ashley was y dietitian for at least 3 years at Salinas Valley & Endocrine Center. I started Kidney Smart classes which prepare you for lifestyle changes which help in coping with diabetes. The fact that Ashley is a type 1 diabetic herself means she has experienced many of the changes she is promoting. Her word is golden!
