Didn’t Listen
Ashley came in very prepared with her “Speech” didn’t listen to a question or concern that I had. My procedure went well and that was good, but I have several other issues and she didn’t even acknowledge me bringing them up! I am looking for another gastroenterologist

I wish I could give ZERO stars. She was very insensitive. Didn't listen to me at all. Interrupted me to say" You're probably depressed so you need to get on an antidepressant. I was there for IBS issues. She has the people skills of a rattle snake! DO NOT GO TO HER. I was only scheduled with her because my regular DR didn't have any appointments available. I should have just waited. When I became upset and crying, she never asked what was wrong. Just trying to push more medication. Even said" You're probably going to get worse"-WOW!! I'm telling you, if you're looking for a competent medical professional, she is not it!

Dr Holland is a competent and compassionate physician. l am glad to be under her medical supervision. She listen attentively to me as l explained my medical condition and then made recommendations as to how she could help me and commenced to do so.

The staff and Dr. Holland were amazing. They were very engaging and ensured any next steps were taken care of. She truly made feel at ease and I felt a genuine sense that she cared about me and my situation, I wasn’t just another patient to get in and out the door as quickly as possible.

I had a Virtual appointment with Ashley Holland. Ashley was very professional through and knowledgeable. She took plenty of time to listen to me and answer all my questions and concerns. She gave me good feedback and recommended follow up procedure with one of the doctors. Ashley checked out the information I sent before my appointment. She also followed up with the doctors office and had them to contact me to make the appointment.
