If you actually have mental issues, look elsewhere
I was referred to Ashley when my previous therapist had to go due to family issues. I only had one meeting with her where she in turn lied to my face about me being on her waitlist. I had to call months later to try and get something but she kept insisting I go to Pine Grove instead. It’s blatantly obvious that she’s not equipped to deal with anyone who has actual debilitating mental illnesses and trauma, but then again I don’t think you can find a therapist who does in Mississippi.

Ashley Holford is the McDonald's of therapists. If you're starving and can't afford something better for you, it will keep you going for a while, but it doesn't really help you get healthy. Pine Grove in general is very bad at actual patient care, opting for empty policies above people. Ashley Holford is a great fit there.

Ashley is an excellent counselor! I saw her for several years on and off. She is very professional and understanding. Our counselor-patient relationship was great. I'd totally go see her again her. Now, there's also something that's not so good. I wanted to continue seeing her, but I wanted to do so while not on medication. She immediately dismissed me from seeing her, unless I continued the medication. Rules are rules I guess. Although, she did come off slightly rude to me.
