At most, marginally competent and disagreeable
This review is based on my experience in 2019 when she was a urology NP at Virginia Hospital Center. Ashley presented an image of confidence and competence that concealed a substandard level of performance. You could not take what she or her colleague Emily Everett said at face value. On top of that, Ashley could be very disagreeable. It’s was an extremely busy practice and I’m sure that was stressful on the nursing staff. But if they’re stressed and overworked, these issues should not be taken out on the patient.
