Exceptional Care.Amazing Care Coordination.
I have been a patient at Mclaren Family Practice (Gaylord, MI) for my entire life. I have always loved the diverse group of providers practicing there. I recently switched my PCP to Ashley Groters, FNP (after almost 25 years with a different provider in the same office). From my first visit with Ashley, my health, my diagnosis's, and my care coordination have improved, significantly. Ashley worked WITH me, as a team, and understood my personal experiences, that helped us to find the correct diagnosis's and restore the healthy life balance I needed to thrive. I truly believe her experience as a Nurse has a huge impact on her humble and understanding bedside manner. I would recommend Ashley Groters, FNP for anyone who is looking for a PCP that puts patients as a priority and will follow up with proper care coordination.
