Ashley Grinonneau-Denton, PCC

VERY unprofessional, that is when i could get her to actually show up for an appointment. Very erratic and am wondering if she is the one who should be seeking treatment and or help

Consistently 10-20 minutes late. Texts at all hours of the night responding to follow ups. Obviously doesn't prepare before hand and was reading my file as I was talking. Felt very unheard and like she was rushed to arrive. It was a tele-call so she was home sitting slouched on her couch. Nice but very unprofessional. Gives unclear 'advice' saying things like 'you tottally dont have to listen to me but, like, I dont know, if I were you I would think you would feel like xzy, so like maybe...'. It felt like she would talk a lot and say nothing. And what she did say felt impersonal, unhelpful and unprofessional. Also found out after she lost her license & is practicing as a counciler. We were not made aware of this until after our first 3 sessions. Will not be returning and DO NOT reccomend.

Ashley cancelled our appointments repeatedly with a different excuse each time. When a session would occur, she would run at least 15-20 minutes late, sometimes reaching out to us and sometimes not. The few times we actually met, we felt she was not very empathetic, cold and blunt at times. We would not recommend her.

Ashley Grinonneau-Denton is very understanding and really listens to the client's spoken as well as unspoken dialogue. She provides a comforting, supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere. And... she has free coffee in the waiting room which is just a perk! :)

Ashley was incredibly helpful during the most difficult time in my life. She helped me set and achieve goals for my therapy and I will never forget how I always felt better after seeing her.
