Disappointed in patient care
Was not very personable with our child. She called her meds in to the wrong pharmacy and when we asked her to fix her mistake and send it the the correct pharmacy on file, she refused. Thus leaving my 14 year old without ADHD meds for days until a new MD got her in on an emergency basis to refill her meds. Horrible patient care. She’s in the wrong field!
