Appears very nice during visits but never follows up test results, which are very important and time sensitive for fertility clinic. When being contacted to call back to discuss results, she would refuse and instead she would have her office staff be the middle men and ask patients to schedule visits to discuss simple test results— 0 concern for time and financial burdens on patients and further delays the care. Avoid!

Provider did not seem sensitive to my problems. Felt very rushed and I felt like I had a lot more questions I needed to ask but did not feel comfortable asking due to her previous answers. I would not feel comfortable seeing her again.

I had an hsg performed and that will be my last and only. It was the most painful procedure in my life. I ended up having tubial spasms which is normally caused from the dye forcefully injected into tubes. I had so much pain I almost passed out. I was then given an inconclusive result for my left tube. To go through all that pain and high cost to get an inconclusive result, is absolutely absurd! What has happened to the medical field for women. We're treated as a number and not as a human being.

Terrible at communicating important information and very insensitive. Gave me a diagnosis that I needed a moment to process but was pushing me for expensive treatment in the same breath as if she didn't realize the weight of such news. Then sent me to financial counseling without telling me I was also given a referral for another specialist. Another one of my doctors discovered the referral. One YEAR later. Would never see her again. The entire process was delayed and emotionally scarring because of her.

Ashley was so kind and very well informed. We had a lot of questions about this process and she took the time to answer them all thoroughly. I am usually prone to anxiety, but she made me feel calm and heard. I also felt that she was very respectful. I am excited to have her as my provider.

Terrible bed side manner. This nurse was pregnant when I saw her - at a fertility clinic. And she had no care for her patients who were struggling to become pregnant. Impressed with herself and talking about herself the whole time. In a sensitive place like fertility I would like to see more professional nurses. We asked not to see her anymore.
