A disrespectful, dismissive provider
When she was my provider in the Emergency Department at UPMC Chautauqua, she made a number of disrespectful and uncalled-for comments to me, upon several occasions. She seems to stereotype patients and reveals her biases through the use of insulting language that simultaneously dismisses their concerns. I am concerned that she will make insulting comments to other patients. She should have more training in the area of interpersonal relations, and should show more respect to her patients.
