Not attentive enough. Shared her time with three to four people at the same time. Usually late for the appointment. Was discharged without adequate strength & function. Interrupted therapy at a critical time by taking a week off with no backup . Failed to consistently return calls & text after discharge. When presented with with inadequate strength &function there seemed to be little interest.
