Visited Ashely in regards to a suspected UTI, and I was delighted at the professionalism of both Ashley and the women processing my appointment. I made my appointment during the Covid19 Pandemic, the office was sanitary and social distanced- plenty of posters with specific social distancing related directions. I've struggled in the past finding doctors who are understanding and caring of my issues, and as soon as I met Ashley I felt my problem was validated and ready to solve. Ashley was completely sympathetic of the issues I was having, and actively listening the whole time. There was no wandering off to wash hands or talking to nurses outside the door- just plenty of eye contact and connection! Ashley worked efficiently and my prescription was filled within the hour.
