very understanding

Bucks Orthopedic likes to have people come in for an appointment that lasts about 7 minutes just to tell you an MRI is needed which I can understand as they can't see inside my body. But I have a really high deductible insurance plan so before I made my next appointment, I requested, via the portal, an order for an MRI on my lower back like the one Dr. Butler ordered 3 years ago so Ashleigh would have updated information before my visit. Almost 3 weeks later, no response from anyone. And the billing department has issues with payment posted via the insurance portal yet takes forever to send out a statement. That took different calls to resolve. All in all, pretty disappointed with this practice.

The wait for Ashley was only a few minutes. She explained everything to me. Ashley is a Very nice person
