Ashlee Chacon, LPC

Ashlee has the potential to be a great therapist but needs some improvement in a few areas, the biggest being time management. My sessions always started between 15-30 min after the original start time. I had to plan my day around our session because it never started on time or ended on time. She does give you your full hour to make up for it. She also wont get back to you until the very last minute so plan for that if you need her to contact your insurance or do anything outside of a session. She tends to be forgetful or change up something she said from session to session so I always felt like I couldn't put my full trust in her. I liked her the first handful of sessions, but as they went on I saw more red flags then green flags. What made me not want to see her again was when she was having house work done and I could hear the maintenance in the back, she was going to charge me $150 to reschedule for a date that worked for me and not her. I didn't feel like that was right
