Dr. Vyas was excellent during my annual vision checkup.

I had an eye exam with Dr. Vyas today, and not only was she wonderfully personable (despite likely being at the end of long shift), but she was so communicative throughout the process! She walked me through the exam with more detail and care than I've ever received in an exam, and she took the time to answer my questions regarding my prescription. As an adult eyeglass wearer, I've had plenty of eye exams, and of those all, my exam with Dr. Vyas was the best!

Dr. Vyas was empathetic, straightforward, and explained everything as she went along. I felt 100% comfortable with her, and she helped me understand my new prescription. I will definitely be going back, and recommending her to everyone.

Dr. Vyas in the Warby Parker in Union Station was just fantastic. She was friendly to the perfect degree, careful and deliberate in explaining to me what was going on (even more important in the age of Covid), and then did a great job with my exam. She should be running her own practice somewhere, that's how good she was. I cannot over-emphasize that getting your eye exam from her at that Warby Parker location is getting an absolutely fantastic deal. I will try to keep her as my primary eye doc.

Quick, efficient, and very nice. Dr. Vyas was quick to explain everything she was doing at every step of the process, and she finished the exam with diagrams and charts showing exactly what had gone wrong in the eye to cause the issue and how the glasses would fix it.
