unprofessional staff
I would give less if I could. I followed Arnella from her last job and gave nothing but issues with her new practice. Her staff have shown up late while I wait for someone to check me in. They do not schedule next appts while you are there and then it's a hassle to schedule later.

Professional, ready to go above and beyond what is asked of her, efficient and clearly knows what is expected of her. Explains why she is giving me this medication and how and when it is expected to work. I have no issues with my prescriptions for the three plus years I have been going to see her both at her last practice and her new practice

During my appointment, Arnella seemed disorganized. She came across as rude. She wrote the wrong first name on my prescriptions. She also didn't put my birthday on them. When I took them back to her so that she could replace them, she refused to do so. She said that I had to come back (and pay another copay) before she would give me a new prescription. So I get to suffer for her mistakes.
