He rolled his eyes at me after I expressed how hard foster care was for me, and how I felt no one really cared or understood how hard it was for children in foster care. He should retire if he doesn’t honestly care about his patients. It was so insulting.

Allina health must change their policy on surveys allina should do a intenal review with patient followup and signed fact sheet(scanned into allina mychart. my services with allina health mn (eagan)had decrease my health since im a member/patient(without progress or satisfaction) Medical director should b hands on with patient concerns please file as medical necessity for all concerned patients who are unhappy with allina health services I was referred by allina co worker i trusted?

Dr. Anderson fell asleep in two of my sessions. It was very sad for me - he needs to retire. I reported this to the head of the Clinic and no action was taken. This was also reported to the Head of Allina, and similar experience. Pretty disappointing, I thought Allina took feedback seriously.
