Trash therapist, even worse human being. Go to literally anyone else. I was laughed at while at a lowest point of my life. Also, Ms. Vargas was on texting on her cellphone for half of the session. Not even worth reporting to the clinic, I just never went back.

I wish I can give less than 1 star. I met with this social worker one time and did not want to continue services with her. She did not make me feel comfortable and did not present herself in an empathetic fashion. She also gave general relationship advice without knowing the full context of my situation. She gave her opinion on my ex-partner’s life situations (only the ones I shared with her) without knowing ANY other information about the person, nor me. This was extremely unprofessional and not appreciated, at all. I do not recommend seeking services from this person (I won’t even say ‘this professional’), especially if you seek mental health and psychoanalytical services.
