I was seen by Arlene George in the hospital. She was rude, edgy, dismissive of my questions and concerns and overall overwhelmingly unprofessional. On top of this, she was clueless of my clinical situation but didn't hesitate to make comments. I understand people don't have much choice when admitted on who sees them, which only makes it even less acceptable to be that way with people in their most vulnerable state
