My wife and I saw Arlene Foreman several years ago. The experience was not very helpful because it seemed rather unstructured and ad hoc. The goals after each session were not well defined. While I don't think she was an impediment to resolving our problems, I don't feel she contributed significantly. The sessions concluded with her recommending that we sign up for her paid group sessions, which I did not think was helpful.
