Exceeded Expectations
My experience with Ariels Cummings was great. She was very informative, she listened to my concerns. I am so glad I found her. We talked , we laughed it was my first visit with her and she made me feel very comfortable. She was very thorough , I really like her! My only issue is the wait to get a appointment but that just means shes highly sought after.

Rude, unprofessional and lacks basic empathy
I recently had an unfortunate encounter with Nurse Practitioner Ms. Cummings during my visit to NYU Langone Valley Stream. I am disappointed to say that my experience with her was highly unprofessional and left a lasting negative impression. From the moment our interaction began, it was evident that she lacked empathy and displayed a disrespectful attitude. She consistently interrupted me, raised her voice, and failed to listen to my concerns. It was clear that she did not value open communication or patient engagement. The overall demeanor of Ms. Cummings was highly unprofessional, creating an uncomfortable and distressing experience. Her lack of professionalism and empathy deeply impacted my trust in the healthcare system and the providers associated with it.
